The RX-V475 has the following differences/advantages over the RX-V375:

1. Direct Mode for high quality sound reproduction
2. Networked Receiver (AirPlay, AV Control App and Internet Radio,Pandora.)
3. Network Music files on PC/NAS: WAV, MP3, WMA, AAC, FLAC.
4. MHL supports full HD video and audio from mobile phones and portable devices
5. DC Out for optional accessories (Back Panel)
6. Internet Radio and PC/NAS content.
7. Virtual Presence Speaker function for CINEMA DSP 3D surround without Front
Presence Speakers
8. 5 rear HDMI inputs. (RX-V373 has only 4.)
9. 2 A/V(Analog/Composite) inputs on rear panel. (RX-V373 has only 1)
10. 1 Audio Analog input on rear panel. (RX-V373 has 2.)
11. RX-V473 has all Screw on speaker nut wire terminals. (RX-V373 on front left/right.)
12. FLAC or WAV 192kHz/24-bit audio playback.
