What are the terms of the warranty?
What does it cover?
The PRO Series headphones are warrantied for one year. Make sure to retain a copy of the sales receipt as it will be required in the event a warranty claim needs to be made. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover abuse, theft, or loss.

Then follow these steps:
Step 1: Enter in your Zip Code
Step 2: Click Next and then click on Audio Visual
Step 3: Click on Non-serviceable Products and the Service Info window will pop up.
Step 4: On the right side of that window, scroll down and click on: `Click here to determine which products are eleigible for the NFS Service/Exchange program`. The NFS form will pop up on your screen in PDF format. Follow those instructions on that documet to get your headphones taken care of under warranty.
