I just purchased my Yamaha product and a part and/or accessory is missing. What should I do?

Yamaha works hard to ensure that all parts and accessories are in the box before leaving the factory.  In the event that something is missing we would first suggest contacting your dealer.  Beyond your local Yamaha dealer please follow the instructions below.

To ensure proper order handling, special issues such as missing accessories, manuals or hardware from new purchases require Customer Service Associate attention. Please call (888) 892-6242 for assistance.

 Please have the model and serial numbers ready along with the sales receipt information for the item purchased. You will be asked to fax this information to Yamaha for review. The telephone lines are open from 8AM to 5PM PST Monday through Friday (closed from 12:00pm to 1:00pm PST).
