EMX 212,312,512. Connecting a Powered Subwoofer Using the Monitor Output

 

Connect unbalanced 1/4 incable or cables to the front panel monitor output jacks and to the input jacks of the powered subwoofer speaker.

 

NOTE: The output from these outputs are line level +4db nominal.The [MONITOR] level control controlsthis as well asant monito level going to the internal amplifiers.

 

CAUTION: Never connect a powered speaker to the rear panel speaker connections or damage will occur. Those connections are for unpowered speakers only.
