To save songs in original form with all tracks and song data, a backup file can be created:
- Place a blank CDR in theCDRW drive.
- Press the [SONG] button repeatedly until the Backup page is accessed.
- Use the [DATA] dial to select the song to be backed up and press [ENTER]. A small dot will appear beside the song title.
- Cursor to BACKUP and press [ENTER] to write file to CD.
Note: Large songs of more than 700mB in size, will require more than one CD. Number the CDs with a Sharpie because succesful restoration is dependant upon the discs being loaded in the proper order.
