WARNING: All user stored data (including Song and User Pattern Data) will be deleted. If the current settings and data are not expendable, create a backup before executing the Factory Reset. Reference: Owner's Manual - Midi Bulk Dump, p.163
1) Turn off the power on the QY20.
2) Press and hold the
[-1] button,
[+1] button, and
right cursor button while simultaneously turning on the power.
3) Continue to hold the buttons down until the LCD display reads:
QY20 Test.

CPU Ver #.##
[F1]: AUTO
[F2]: MANUAL
[F3]: Factory Set
[F4]: Exit
4) Locate the four yellow buttons (on the right-hand side of the LCD display) and press the third yellow button [F3]. The QY20 will restore the Factory Settings, and return to the song play mode.
