Copying Styles from a PSR7000 to a PSR9000 or 9000PRO

Store the Style into the Custom Style Memory on the PSR7000:
1. Select the Style to be copied.

2. Press the [CUSTOM ACCOMP. REC] button.

3. Press the second button from the top on the right side of the screen to display the 'STORE/CLEAR' page at the top of the screen.

4. Press the second button from the top on the left side of the screen to highlight 'STORE'.


5. Use one of the Rotary Dials under the center of the screen to select a Custom Style location ('1' - '32').


6. Press the fourth button from the top on the left side of the screen to select 'EXECUTE'.

7. Press the second button from the top on the right side of the screen to select 'YES' and confirm the storing of the Style to the internal Custom Style memory.

8. Press the [EXIT] button twice to return to the main screen.


9.  Repeat steps 1-8 as necessary. (Up to thirty-two Styles may be copied at a time.)

Copy the Style(s) to a floppy disk:
1. Insert a formatted floppy disk into the PSR7000.

2. Press the [DISK] Button.

3. Press the second button from the top on the left side of the screen to select 'SAVE TO DISK'.

4. Use the second and third buttons from the top on the left side of the screen to select 'CUSTOM STYLE'.

5. Press the second button from the top on the left side of the screen 'PROGRAM', to have the ability to highlight a range of Custom Styles in the screen.

6. Use the second and third buttons from the top on the left side of the screen to highlight a range of Custom Styles to be copied.

7. Use the Rotary Dials to select 'ON' (and to put a checkmark in the numbered box) for each corresponding Custom Style location containing a Style to be copied.

8. Repeats steps 4-6 above, to display the other storable parameters, and make sure all of those boxes are not selected (checked).

9. Press the third button from the top on the right side of the screen to select 'EXECUTE'.


10. Press the second button from the top on the right side of the screen to select 'YES', and confirm the storing of the Style to the floppy disk.

Load the Style from the Floppy Disk into the Flash Memory of the PSR9000/9000PRO:
NOTE: Technically, a maximum of 120 Styles can be loaded into the Flash Memory; but the amount of Styles that can be loaded depends on the overall size of the Files. If there is not enough memory to load a Style, some Styles may need to be deleted or overwritten. (See 'Deleting Styles from Flash Memory' below.)

1. Press the blue [AUTO ACCOMPANIMENT] button to turn it ON (LED illuminated) on the PSR9000/9000PRO.

2. Press a 'FLASH STYLE' button [I] - [VIII].
Insert the floppy disk containing the Style(s) into the PSR9000/9000PRO.

3. Press the '8' or toggle button to display the 'STYLE MANAGER MENU'.


4. Press the [A] button to the left of the screen to begin the Style File load procedure.

5. Use the toggle buttons under the screen to select the desired drive and Style File.

6. Press the [NEXT] button.

7. Use the toggle buttons under the screen to select the Category button and Style location which the Style File will be loaded into.

8. Press the [NEXT] button.

9. Press the [G] button to the right of the screen to confirm the load.
NOTE: If there is already a Style in the desired location, an additional message is then displayed, asking to press the [G] button to overwrite the data. If the existing Style may be overwritten, press the [G] button.

10. Press the [EXIT] button twice to return to the 'FLASH STYLE' screen. The Style may now be selected for use.

Deleting Style Files from Flash Memory:
1. Press the blue [AUTO ACCOMPANIMENT] button to turn it ON (LED illuminated).

2. Press a 'FLASH STYLE' button [I] - [VIII].

3. Press the '8' or toggle button to display the 'STYLE MANAGER MENU'.


4. Press the [D] button to the left of the screen to begin the Style File delete procedure.


5. Use the toggle buttons under the screen to select the Category button and Style location from which the Style File will be deleted.


6. Press the [NEXT] button.

7. Press the [G] button to the right of the screen to confirm the deletion.

8. Press the [EXIT] button twice to return to the 'FLASH STYLE' screen. 'No Data' will now appear where the deleted Style had been.
