The PSR9000 comes equipped with a PC Keyboard port. Any standard PS/2 type PC Keyboard should interface well with the PSR9000. In most cases, the PC keyboard type does not have to be set because the default setting is correct. If you are having problems, make sure that the correct type is set. Following is the procedure for setting the type of PC keyboard that is connected to the PSR9000.
1. Press the [FUNCTION] button.
2. Select [UTILITY].
3. Press the [NEXT] button twice.
4. Select the PC Keyboard type from the list at the bottom right of the screen. See page 109 in the PSR9000 Owner's Manual for a list of the PC keyboard layout types.
If these steps do not help. Try another PC keyboard or contact your local music dealer/servicer.
