Transposing the Overall Pitch of the Keyboard

Last Update: 11/30/2011

The pitch of the CP33 keyboard can be transposed down or up in semitone steps by pressing the [NO/-] or [YES/+] button while holding the [TRANSPOSE] button.

For example, if the transpose value is set to 5 (5 semitones up), playing the middle C key produces the pitch of what would normally be F3, so by playing in the key of C on the keyboard the resultant sound will be in the key of F.

Transposition is enabled when the [TRANSPOSE] button indicator is lit.

To disable transposition, press the [TRANSPOSE] button so that its indicator goes out.
